I hope everyone saw the news about the Discovery series for 2011! Please refer people to Kathryn for ticket information. Tickets are not actually "on sale" yet, but Kathryn is taking names of those who want to be notified when tickets are available. There's some information our website: click on Discovery Series, then on "Upcoming Events" on the right. Or you can click here
Each event has its own page with information so if someone wants to know about, say, the fishing event, click on that to find details. I'd encourage everyone to read these over, especially if you aren't familiar with a presenter. Then if someone asks, "Who's this James Howe guy?" you can say, "Oh, he's a wonderful children's book author! He wrote Bunnicula, that funny book about a dog and cat who think the pet bunny is a vampire!"
Information about the Spring Gala at the Bristol Train Station will be coming out soon. Again, just refer people to Kathryn for more information.
Remember Scottie, the security guard? We just heard that he's the proud father of a little boy, born in January. Congratulations!
