Christmas Cards for Service Personnel

Rebecca thoughtfully provided cards for people to fill out for the Red Cross Christmas card drive.  These cards will be given out to stateside military as well as EMS, police, firefighters, and other first responders.

Board of Trustees

This month the Board of Trustees will be meeting at the Avoca Branch Library on Thursday, November 16, at 4 pm.  Staff are welcome to attend; just make arrangements with your supervisors.

BPL Foundation

 The Foundation will be sending out fundraising letters before the Christmas holidays.   Please direct any questions to Amy.

Thanksgiving Dinner @City Hall

BPL will be providing a cake for the dinner this year, which will be on Thursday, November 16, from 11 am until 1 pm. Staff who wish to attend should make arrangements with their supervisors.
