Racin' into August

Even though it's not yet August, it certainly feels like August out, so this is as good a time as any to mention that on Thursday, August 23, the annual Food City Family Race Night will be forcing some changes in parking around the library.  It appears now that the major closure will be the lot across from Main on Goode Street but as long-time employees know, parking is always a bit of an issue during Race Night.

Turkish Delight

Welcome back to Jud! Be sure to ask him about his adventures in Turkey. He's posted some wonderful pictures at his Facebook page.  In the meantime, he has a question for all of us:  What is the significance of the magnet he brought back?
