Yes, it was our insurance company which had the data breach which was in the news. At this point, they are saying that no medical information was compromised, but names, social security numbers, addresses, and employment information. WARNING:  there are people who are already phishing for information after the breach.  According to Anthem, they are NOT sending out emails or making phone calls to anyone.  If you get such, do NOT give out personal information.  Do not reply to any such email, click on any links, or open any attachments.They will be sending out letters about credit monitoring via the U.S. mail, not email.
