National Library Week
As most should know, National Library week is April 7-13 this year. On Tuesday the 9th, employees will be treated to lunch in the break room! Food will be coming from McAllister's Deli, courtesy of the Bristol Public Library Foundation.
Employee Benefits Fair
This year's Employee Benefits Fair will be on Wednesday, April 24, from 10:00 am until 2:30 pm at City Hall. Anyone is welcome to attend, but do check with your supervisors so arrangements can be made.
Employee Health Insurance
It's all good news! No rate increases this year, and open enrollment is from April 17-May 8, 2019 for the July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020 plan year. If you need to make changes, you need to contact Human Resources at 276-642-2325 to make an appointment to fill out the appropriate forms. If you have questions, the representatives will be at the Benefits Fair on the 24th.
Flexible Spending maximum contribution increases to $2,700 for the upcoming plan year.
