From Jud:
"We will be closed to the public again this year for Rhythm and Roots (September 14, 15, 16).
If anyone asks, we don’t really have a choice because the library straddles the ticket control line. Somebody could come into the library through our “church side” entrance, exit through the Piedmont door, and be inside the event—without a ticket.
Staff can still work here, particularly Friday, September 14, so everyone can get in their hours."
We may be having some events on the Plaza during R&RR, but that's still under consideration. Also, we don't know if we'll be getting free tickets this year or not. You may want to keep in mind that right now three day tickets are $40; on September 1, they go up to $50 and will be $60 at the gate.
