In case you haven't heard, we'll be having a party and bazaar on the library plaza, plus a new art exhibit to show off in the Gallery so we're having a "Plazaarty!" (Pronounced "Plahza-Art-Tee") Michelle will have some children's activities while parents can have coffee in the hallway upstairs, and admire the new exhibition in the Gallery. On the Plaza, we'll have tables set up with information about the library and items for sale, including books by local authors, coffee cups, T-shirts and other goodies.
Speaking of T-shirts, one of the items for sale will be the "Don't make me Shhhh! you" shirts. Please wear your shirt on August 10 and/or August 11 to promote the sale.
Janice H. has agreed to helm this enterprise so I've put away the "Janice for Plazaarty Czar!" campaign buttons. In gratitude for Janice undertaking this task, we ask that everyone give her as much help and support as possible.
