From Doris:
Sponsored by Believe in Bristol, PUSH will premiere films and have workshops over a three day period, June 12-14. The BPL will be used for workshops on the 13th and 14th and one film showing on the 13th. More may be added later in the week.
Saturday, June 13th
10 AM--O Brother, Where Art Thou (film)
12:30 PM--Now That's Funny: Exploring the Comedy Continuum and Its Classic Comedic Types to Discover Why We Laugh (workshop)
3:00 PM- Cinematography (workshop)
5 PM--Wardrobe Wizardry: Helping Characters and Stories Come Alive (Meeting Room area will be open after regular closing.)
Sunday, June 14th
2:00 PM--Using Storyboards for Film making (workshop)
We also may have the Beaver Creek Storytellers here on Sunday at 2:00 PM in the lower court area of the ground floor. That will make it noisy but I had to move them out of the large meeting room due to the film festival expanding their programming. Beaver Creek may decide to move their program to Blackbird.
If you have any questions you can go to http://www.pushfilm.org/ for more on the festival or call me.
It's Aunt Susie!
Congratulations to Susie on her brand new niece, Elizabeth Carol. She's got pictures, too!
Happy Birthday!
